Sadness abounds in a small mountain town. A 22 year old man took his own life in the wee hours of the morning of July 6. There can never be any closure to such a senseless act. No one can ever know why?
But we all ask that very question, why? Could anyone have known? Could anyone have prevented it? What was going on in his mind at that moment?
He was a very well liked kid. A very busy, mischivious child, always on the edge with his brother and cousin.
He loved his big truck and loved his family.
Many young people are saddened. My hope is that something positive comes from this sadness.
May God bless his family and have mercy on his young soul.
