Easter Morning in my back yard. If it were not for the daffodils blooming it would still look like Winter and to be honest it wasn't much warmer than a Winter day. However, the Holy Friday and Holy Saturday were both beautiful and warm, over 60*!  Amazing how fast the temps can change in WA.

This is our newest family member. Selena Madison Green. Born April 10, 2011, 7lb8oz. The best dark hair ever seen on a baby. She looks most like her Gramma Gillette's family who are is originally from Mexico. So cute and snuggly. A very calm and peaceful baby.

Dani on the run as usual. She has a cold and was coughing a lot, but nearly always remembered to cough into her elbow. She was so exhauseted by the end of the day. Ethan was a hoot this year. He is 28 months now
and ALL BOY!! It's fun to watch the three kids play together. Ethan is now able to really play with the girls rather than along side or independently of them. He yells their names (as I said, "ALL BOY") whenever they are in a different area.
Mia will be 6 this next week. She is still playing well with the little ones, but already you can begin to see her "pulling away" a bit. She loves playing with them, but at 6 her interests and abilities are different. She is a very good big cousin and sister. She has tried for a couple years to hang by herself in this tree and she has finally managed to do so. I think her Papaw and Gramma are going to need a bigger climbing tree soon.

  1. Such a classic sign of Spring - children playing outside after the long winter.
