So, the great Pacific Northwest is being slammed with an arctic cold front and it's dumping lots of snow. I managed to drive to and from work (60 miles round trip) without any problem, only to get stuck in my own driveway!! I shoveled the snow in Birkenstocks, a light jacket and no gloves. (I got out of the stuck car to get the shovel and left the keys inside and didn't want to walk back and forth again through over a foot of snow).
I fell on my behind 4 times and now 2 hours later my back muscles are getting sore. I took a very hot bath with epsom salt to try to stave off the soreness. I don't think it'll work.
But I am determined to go the distance to work again tomorrow. After all that slipping, falling, shoveling, pushing and freezing, I'm not letting that driveway not be used!
